• 450 ml (15 oz.) dry gin
• 1 L (34 oz.) tonic water
• 300 ml (10 oz.) lime juice
• Ice cubes
• 10 star-fruit slices

1. 1 Combine all the ingredients, except for the star-fruit slice, in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
2. 2 Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
3. 3 Strain into a highball glass containing a few ice cubes using an ice strainer.
4. 4 Garnish with the star-fruit slice.
