Servings

• 40 ml (1 1/4 oz.) pear and cognac liqueur
• 150 ml (5 oz.) club soda
• 3 lime slices
• Fresh mint leaves
• Ice cubes

1. 1 In a highball glass, pour half of the pear and cognac liqueur.
2. 2 Using a muddler, crush the lime slices and fresh mint leaves in the glass.
3. 3 Add ice cubes and dilute with club soda.
4. 4 Top with the other half of the pear and cognac liqueur.
5. 5 Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lime.
