• 30 ml (1 oz.) vodka
• Rosé champagne (or sparkling rosé wine)
• 15 ml (1/2 oz.)
  ginger syrup
• 4 mint leaves
• 2 tbsp. strawberry purée
• Ice cubes
• 1 strawberry

1. 1 Place the strawberry purée and mint leaves in a shaker.
2. 2 Add the ginger syrup.
3. 3 Crush using a muddler.
4. 4 Pour in the vodka.
5. 5 Add the ice cubes.
6. 6 Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
7. 7 Strain into a flute using an ice strainer and a sieve.
8. 8 Top up with rosé champagne.
9. 9 Garnish with the strawberry.
