• 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) Irish cream liqueur

• Amber rum

• 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) spiced amber rum
• 150 ml (5 oz.) hot coffee
• Sugar
• Whipped cream
• Cinnamon stick

1. 1 Rim a toddy glass with sugar.
2. 2 Pour in the hot coffee.
3. 3 Add the Irish cream liqueur and spiced amber rum.
4. 4 Stir with a mixing spoon.
5. 5 Garnish with the whipped cream and cinnamon stick.
