• Irish cream liqueur

  • Baileys
• 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) Irish cream liqueur
• 30 ml (1 oz.) spiced rum
• 60 ml (2 oz.) coffee
• 15 ml (1/2 oz.) maraschino cherry juice
• Ice cubes
• 15 ml (1 tbsp.) cinnamon
• 15 ml (1 tbsp.) sugar

1. 1 Rim a martini glass with the cinnamon and sugar.
2. 2 Pour the maraschino cherry juice into the bottom of the martini glass.
3. 3 Combine the rest of the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
4. 4 Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
5. 5 Gently strain into the martini glass using an ice strainer.
