• 3 or 4 drops Angostura bitters

• Sparkling wine
• 90 ml (3 oz.) sparkling wine

• 20 ml (2/3 oz.) cognac

1. 1 Coat sugar cube with a few drops of Angostura bitters.
2. 2 Place sugar cube in a flute.
3. 3 Add sparkling wine and cognac.
4. 4 Mix using mixing spoon (avoid touching the sugar cube).

For best results, use VSOP cognac.
