• Crème de cacao

  • Lejay Lagoute
• 30 ml (1 oz.) crème de cacao
• 30 ml (1 oz.) mint syrup
• 60 ml (2 oz.) 15% cream
• Ice cubes
• Mint leaves

1. 1 Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. 2 Shake vigorously 8 to 10 seconds.
3. 3 Pour the mix into a highball glass.
4. 4 Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
