• Anise liqueur

  • Berger
  • Ramazzotti
  • Ricard
  • Sambuca
• 15 ml (1/2 oz.) anise liqueur (like pastis)
• 90 ml (3 oz.) cranberry juice
• 8 ml (1/4 oz.) lemon juice
• Ice cubes
• 1 slice of lemon

1. 1 Pour the anise liqueur, cranberry juice and lemon juice into a shaker filled with ice.
2. 2 Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
3. 3 Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
4. 4 Garnish with a lemon slice.
