45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) rum and coconut beverage
Amber rum
- Appleton Estate
- Bacardi
- Barbancourt
- Captain Morgan
- Cockspur *****
- Havana
- Mount Gay
- Ron Varadero
- Saint James
15 ml (1/2 oz.) amber rum
60 ml (2 oz.) apple juice
Ice cubes
1 apple slice

Preparation

1 Combine all the ingredients, except for the apple slice, in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
2 Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
3 Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
4 Garnish with the apple slice.
