60 mL (2 oz.) cold stout beer
Amber rum

- Bacardi

- Captain Morgan
- Cockspur *****

15 mL (1/2 oz.) amber rum
30 mL (1 oz.) cold pomegranate juice
Ice cubes
1 orange twist

Preparation

1 In a old-fashioned glass containing a few ices cubes, pour the rum and pomegranate juice.
2 Top up with the beer, to get a good head of foam.
3 Garnish with an orange twist.
