1 chilled espresso
Irish cream liqueur
- Baileys
30 ml (1 oz.) irish cream liqueur
15 ml (1/2 oz.) cognac
Ice cubes
Ground cinnamon
Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

1 Combine the coffee, irish cream liqueur and cognac in a shaker filled with ice.
2 Shake vigorously 8 to 10 seconds.
3 Pour into a highball glass.
4 Sprinkle with cinnamon and pepper.
