• Bitter liqueur

  • Campari
• 30 ml (1 oz.) bitter liqueur (like Campari)
• 60 ml (2 oz.) grapefruit juice
• 60 ml (2 oz.) carbonated water
• 1/2 slice grapefruit

1. 1 Combine bitter liqueur, grapefruit juice and carbonated water in a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.
2. 2 Decorate with 1/2 slice of grapefruit.

If you prefer a less bitter cocktail, pour a little grenadine syrup into the glass before adding the other ingredients.
