• 30 ml (1 oz.) white rum
• 30 ml (1 oz.) lime juice
• 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) maple syrup
• A few mint leaves
• 90 ml (3 oz.) club soda
• Ice cubes
• Slice of lime

• 350 ml (12 oz.) white rum
• 350 ml (12 oz.) lime juice
• 350 ml (12 oz.) maple syrup
• 45 mint leaves
• 1.5 litres (51 oz.) club soda
• 1 lime cut into round slices

1. 1 Place mint leaves, maple syrup, and lime juice in a highball glass.
2. 2 Crush well with a muddler.
3. 3 Add the ice, the rum, then the club soda.
4. 4 Stir and garnishwith mint leaves and a slice of lime.

4. 4Serve in tall glasses filled with ice.
