30 ml (1 oz.) orange-mango juice
15 ml (1/2 oz.) lemon juice
8 ml (1/4 oz.) cane syrup (

Preparation

1 Combine all ingredients (except for the club soda and orange zest) in a shaker filled with ice.
2 Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
3 Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
4 Top up with club soda.
5 Garnish with the orange zest (twisted around a cocktail pick).

Pro Tip

To obtain the desired effect with the orange zest, use a peeling knife instead of a zester. This way, you’ll obtain a piece that is long and thick enough to wrap around the cocktail pick.
